The office fitout for us! Situated on the ground floor of a repurposed industrial building in Richmond, the space boasts functional workstations crafted from locally sourced timber. The concrete wall’s finish has been stripped back, revealing its raw character, and on the opposing wall a large curtain conceals the architectural library, kitchenette, and other service areas, providing both practicality and a tactile warmth.

The facade has been modified so that an intimate external deck is revealed behind garage roller door fronting the street. The inclusion of hanging plants introduces a touch of greenery, fostering a vibrant, natural ambiance.
