Kerrick

Kerrick revitalizes a heritage-listed terrace house in Kitzroy with a timber clad double-storey addition at the rear. The upper level of the extension is conceived as a timber box, seemingly suspended over a glazed rear facade, Providing the illusion of a light floating form.

Inside, this timber motif continues, offering unique opportunities for natural light and spatial dynamics. Through thoughtful integration, Kerrick creates a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, enriching the living experience while respecting the heritage context.
